How we hire
The same structure across all companies: a short written stage, conversations with the people you would work with, and a decision you can plan around.
- 1
Application
You apply with your profile, documents and three written answers. A person from the hiring team reads it, usually within five working days.
- 2
First conversation
Thirty to forty-five minutes with the hiring manager about your work so far and what the role actually involves.
- 3
Working session
A practical session close to the real work: a system you designed, a memo you wrote, a case from the team's queue. No unpaid take-home projects.
- 4
Team conversation
You meet the people you would work with day to day and can ask them anything without the hiring manager present.
- 5
Decision and offer
A decision either way with reasons. Offers come with the full package in writing before you are asked to commit.
What we commit to
- An answer to every application, including the ones we decline.
- Interviewers who have read your application before the call.
- Feedback on request after any conversation stage.
- Accessibility adjustments whenever you need them — just ask.
Timing
- First response: within five working days.
- Whole process: usually two to four weeks.
- Offer decision: within two working days of the final conversation.
