This notice covers candidate data only. It applies to applications to Black Coast Capital, Black Coast Systems and AcrossEstate.
What we collect
- Contact details and the information in your profile.
- Documents you upload, such as a CV, cover letter or certificates.
- Your answers to the role questions and interview notes made by the hiring team.
- Technical data needed to keep the site secure.
How long we keep it
- Active applications: for the duration of the process.
- Declined applications: six months, then deleted, unless you agree to a talent pool.
- Talent pool with your consent: up to two years, renewable only with a new consent.
- Job alerts: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
- Access a copy of everything we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate, directly in your profile.
- Delete your profile and documents at any time.
- Withdraw consent for the talent pool without affecting a live application.
Who sees your application
Only the hiring team for the role you applied to, plus the people administering the hiring system. Applications are not shared between group companies unless you apply to each of them, or you explicitly agree to a referral.
