The Videographer & Video Editor is a hands on production role for someone who can reliably capture and finish high quality real estate and brand footage. You work on property visits, construction updates, interviews, social content and other BCC productions, then turn the material into clean final edits. Compared with the Video Producer role, this position is more focused on execution, camera work and post production. Recurring project based collaboration may also be considered depending on fit.
Responsabilități
- Capture high quality footage of properties, construction sites, locations and interviews
- Prepare cameras, audio and essential production equipment for shoots
- Edit short and long form video according to approved briefs
- Create clean cuts, subtitles, basic graphics and platform specific exports
- Organise raw footage, project files and final deliverables consistently
- Maintain reliable technical quality across changing locations and lighting conditions
- Work with producers and content leads on shot requirements and delivery deadlines
- Flag technical or production limitations early instead of hiding problems
- Support recurring BCC shoots in Tbilisi, Batumi and other project locations when required
Experiență și competențe
- Strong camera and editing fundamentals demonstrated through a portfolio
- Comfort with professional editing software and organised media workflows
- Good understanding of exposure, focus, composition, audio and basic lighting
- Ability to deliver reliably against a clear brief
- Fast but careful post production workflow
- Ability to work independently on location
- Good English for production coordination
- Real estate, architecture or commercial video experience is helpful
- Availability for project travel within Georgia when agreed
Cum funcționează rolul
You receive a defined production brief, shooting requirements and delivery format. Depending on the project, you may work alone or alongside a Video Producer or Content lead. Your responsibility is to capture technically strong footage, keep the material organised and deliver clean edits on time. For recurring project work, reliability and consistency matter as much as creative flair. The role can support both scheduled BCC content production and specific project campaigns.
