Black Coast Capital combines brokerage with structured market and project analysis. The Real Estate Research Analyst supports that analytical layer by researching developers, projects, locations and market data before information is used internally or communicated externally. You turn fragmented material into structured evidence, identify what is verified and what is still only a developer claim, and prepare concise decision material for management and operating teams. Strong students and early career candidates can be relevant if they show excellent research discipline, judgement and written clarity.
Zakres odpowiedzialności
- Research real estate developers, projects, locations and relevant market developments
- Compare pricing, payment plans, unit concepts, completion timelines and project structures
- Review project documents and identify missing, inconsistent or unverified information
- Prepare structured project profiles, research notes and management briefings
- Build comparison tables and decision materials for internal use
- Maintain source records and help keep project information current
- Support the review of potential new developers and projects
- Prepare questions for developer meetings based on research gaps
- Support Sales and Project Operations with reliable factual project information
Doświadczenie i umiejętności
- Strong research ability and disciplined source handling
- Clear analytical thinking and concise written communication
- Comfort working with data, documents, tables and comparison frameworks
- Ability to separate verified facts, assumptions and promotional claims
- Good English and ideally good German
- Interest in real estate markets, development projects and international investment environments
- Relevant university study, internship, research or project experience is helpful
- Strong students and graduates are welcome if they can demonstrate quality work
- High attention to detail and willingness to question inconsistent information
Jak działa ta rola
You receive a defined project, developer or market question and build a structured research file around it. The objective is not to produce a personal opinion quickly. You identify what is known, what source supports it, what remains unclear and which questions still need to be answered. Draft findings are reviewed before they become part of BCC project materials or internal decision making. Over time, strong analysts can take ownership of recurring project reviews, developer research and market monitoring.
