Opis roli
A real estate marketplace is only useful when its listings, partners and user workflows can be trusted. The Marketplace Operations Manager owns the day to day quality of AcrossEstate’s marketplace operations. You help keep listings complete and current, identify duplicates and inconsistencies, support partner workflows, monitor user issues and improve the processes behind publishing and enquiry handling. The role is operational, data aware and highly practical.
Zakres odpowiedzialności
- Monitor listing quality, completeness and status across the marketplace
- Identify duplicates, stale listings, incorrect prices and inconsistent information
- Support partner and listing onboarding workflows
- Coordinate operational questions from agents, developers and internal teams
- Track recurring user or partner issues and turn them into process improvements
- Maintain marketplace rules, quality checks and operating documentation
- Work with product and engineering on bugs and workflow friction
- Review enquiry flows and identify where users or partners get stuck
- Build recurring marketplace quality and operations reporting
- Escalate material data, compliance or trust issues quickly
Doświadczenie i umiejętności
- Experience in marketplace operations, real estate operations, customer operations, partner operations or a comparable role
- Strong attention to detail and data quality
- Ability to manage recurring workflows at scale
- Clear communication with external partners and internal teams
- Comfort working with dashboards, spreadsheets and operational systems
- Ability to identify patterns behind repeated support problems
- Strong follow through and ownership
- Real estate or online marketplace experience is highly relevant
- Good English and clear written documentation

Listings enter AcrossEstate through professional partners and platform workflows. You monitor whether the information is usable, current and consistent, then coordinate corrections when something is wrong. You also watch how enquiries move through the marketplace and work with Partnerships, Growth and Engineering when problems repeat. The objective is not manual control forever. Good Marketplace Operations turns recurring issues into better rules, product changes and scalable checks.
