This internship is designed as a serious first step into international real estate for students, graduates and other early career candidates who want to understand how projects are researched, compared and moved through a professional operating process. At Black Coast Capital you work with real project information, developer material, locations, pricing structures and internal workflows. You start with guidance, then gradually take ownership of clearly defined research and project tasks. The objective is not to keep an intern busy. It is to give you a structured environment in which you can learn quickly, produce useful work and discover where your strengths fit within real estate and business.

Zakres odpowiedzialności

• Research real estate projects, developers, locations and relevant market information
• Compare prices, payment plans, project concepts, locations and available project data
• Structure project documents and identify missing, unclear or inconsistent information
• Prepare short research summaries, comparison tables and internal project briefings
• Support Developer & Project Operations with preparation and follow up work
• Maintain selected project and research data in approved BCC systems
• Prepare questions and information for internal reviews or developer conversations
• Complete a defined individual project that combines research, judgement and presentation
• Present your findings and improve the work based on feedback from the team

Doświadczenie i umiejętności

• Suitable for students, graduates and early career candidates with a serious interest in real estate and business
• Relevant studies such as real estate, business, finance, economics or international business are helpful but not required
• Strong curiosity and the willingness to research beyond the first source
• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Clear written communication in English, German or ideally both
• Comfort working with documents, tables and structured information
• Ability to separate verified facts from assumptions and promotional claims
• Reliable independent work after a clear briefing
• No prior professional real estate experience is required

Jak działa ta rola

The internship is hybrid and based around Frankfurt am Main. You begin with structured onboarding and guided work so that you understand BCC, our project standards and the systems you will use. As you become comfortable with the workflow, you receive more independent research and project responsibility. Selected focus days can be completed remotely from home or, where appropriate and agreed, from a suitable coworking environment. Your work is reviewed before it is used for client, developer or external communication. The internship is intended as an unpaid internship where legally permissible, including suitable mandatory or exempt internship arrangements. Before confirmation, we clarify duration, purpose and any applicable school, university or legal requirements individually.
