Your first internship should give you more than a look from the sidelines. The School Internship Real Estate & Business at Black Coast Capital is designed for students who want an early, practical introduction to international real estate, business and modern company workflows. You first learn how BCC works, how projects are researched and how Sales, Research and Project Operations work together. Then you receive guided tasks and a small project of your own. You do not need previous experience. Curiosity, reliability and the willingness to develop your own ideas matter much more.

- Get to know Black Coast Capital, our business model and the basic lifecycle of an international real estate project
- Explore approved projects, locations and developer information with guidance from the team
- Create simple project comparisons and short research summaries
- Learn how project information is checked, structured and prepared for internal use
- Gain an introduction to Sales, Research and Developer & Project Operations
- Work with selected BCC tools and systems within clearly defined access permissions
- Complete a guided creative project based on a real BCC brief
- Develop your own idea for a project presentation, content format, campaign concept or other suitable communication task
- Present your result, explain your thinking and receive practical feedback

- You are currently at school and are looking for a school, orientation or first career internship
- No previous real estate or business experience is required
- Curiosity about real estate, business, entrepreneurship or international work
- Comfort communicating in German or English
- Reliability and willingness to ask questions when something is unclear
- Ability to work independently on a clearly explained task
- Basic confidence with common digital tools
- Interest in creating something of your own instead of only observing
- Respectful handling of internal information and clear working rules
Как устроена работа в роли
The internship is hybrid and based around Frankfurt am Main. You begin with personal introduction, company context and guided work so that you understand what BCC does and how we work. Selected project and creative days can then be completed remotely from home or, where appropriate and agreed, from a suitable coworking environment. You receive a clear brief, approved information, defined boundaries and feedback, but you are encouraged to develop your own solution. If an idea is especially strong and suitable, our team may further develop it and, after internal review and any required permissions, use it in real BCC content or marketing. External publication is never guaranteed and nothing is published without review. The school internship is unpaid and is designed primarily for learning, orientation and first practical experience.
