The Content Strategy & Social Media Manager owns the planning, coordination and quality of BCC content across relevant channels. You translate projects, market research and company activity into useful formats, maintain a consistent brand voice and make sure published information remains current and approved. The role combines editorial judgement, social media execution and commercial understanding.

- Build and maintain a practical content calendar across BCC channels
- Turn projects, market research and company activity into clear social and editorial formats
- Plan posts, short form content, long form content and campaign themes
- Coordinate content inputs with Research, Sales, Developers and management
- Check prices, project facts, claims and source status before publication
- Write and edit German and English content in a consistent BCC tone
- Coordinate visual and video production with content creators and editors
- Monitor content performance and use results to improve future formats
- Support approved Ambassador content with clear materials and communication rules
Опыт и навыки
- Professional experience in content strategy, social media, editorial marketing or brand communication
- Excellent written German and strong working English
- Ability to explain complex topics in simple, credible language
- Strong editorial judgement and attention to factual accuracy
- Understanding of social formats, distribution and audience behaviour
- Ability to plan consistently instead of working only from individual post ideas
- Comfort coordinating several stakeholders and approval steps
- Real estate, finance, luxury, travel or international business experience is helpful
- A strong portfolio or clear examples of published work are highly valuable

Content starts with real information from BCC projects, research, developers and operating teams. You decide how that information should be turned into useful content, coordinate the required assets and ensure facts are verified before publication. You work with video and design resources when needed, but you also own the editorial logic yourself. Performance matters, but reach alone is not the objective. The content should build trust, generate qualified interest and strengthen BCC as a serious source for international real estate information.
