The BCC Ambassador programme is a flexible way to enter the Black Coast Capital network and build something alongside your existing studies, work, content or personal network. You do not need to be a real estate professional, a large influencer or an experienced salesperson. Ambassadors can create visibility, start conversations, introduce interested people and connect relevant contacts with BCC. Depending on approvals, Ambassadors can also support visibility and introductions around AcrossEstate. The cooperation is independent, performance based and designed to let people contribute at a level that fits their own time and strengths.

• Represent BCC professionally in conversations, content and approved public activity
• Introduce approved BCC projects and AcrossEstate opportunities within the permitted scope
• Create visibility through your own network, social media, communities, events or referrals
• Start first conversations and understand whether a contact has genuine interest
• Register and document leads through the approved BCC process
• Prequalify leads where appropriate and record relevant budget, interest and timeframe
• Choose whether to support a lead further or hand it to BCC or an approved Sales Partner
• Use only current approved information and forward questions you cannot answer confidently
• Protect customer data and keep BCC related activity inside the approved process

• No formal real estate experience is required
• Suitable for students, young professionals, creators, small influencers, entrepreneurs and people building a network
• Clear, respectful and authentic communication
• Initiative and willingness to create opportunities independently
• Ability to follow simple documentation and lead registration rules
• Good judgement about what you know and what needs to be verified
• A personal network, community or content presence can help but is not required
• You should be comfortable representing a serious brand without making exaggerated promises
• You must be willing to work as an independent cooperation rather than an employee

როგორ მუშაობს როლი

You decide how much time you want to invest and which approved channels fit you best. There are no fixed working hours, mandatory posting quotas or guaranteed sales. You can introduce people through personal recommendations, social media, communities, events or direct conversations. When someone shows real interest, the lead is documented through BCC OS or another approved process. Depending on your role and qualification, you can continue supporting the lead or hand it over. Remuneration is performance based and depends on the applicable agreement, project, sales tier and documented contribution. The programme does not create an employment relationship or fixed salary.
