Market Operations Manager

Role overview

You will run day-to-day operations for one or more AcrossEstate markets: agency onboarding, listing quality, transaction coordination and the local escalations that come with cross-border property work.

Responsibilities

• Own agency onboarding and the quality standard for listings in your market.
• Coordinate transactions across jurisdictions with the legal and support teams.
• Feed recurring problems into product as specific, evidenced requests.
• Report on market health with numbers the commercial team can act on.

Experience & skills

• Three or more years in real estate, marketplace or client operations.
• Working English plus Georgian, Romanian or German at professional level.
• Comfortable with process documentation and with fixing things yourself.

How the role works

Market teams sit close to their clients and have direct access to product. Hybrid from Tbilisi or Bucharest, with regular contact across markets.
