Black Coast Capital works with real projects, developers, locations and people. The Video Producer & Content Creator turns that access into strong, credible visual storytelling. You develop concepts, plan shoots, capture project and brand material, edit content for different platforms and help build repeatable video formats. We are looking for someone who understands both production quality and why a piece of content should exist in the first place.

- Develop video concepts for projects, locations, market education and brand communication
- Plan shoots, shot lists, interviews and required production assets
- Film property, construction, developer and brand content in Georgia
- Edit short form and long form videos for social, web and campaign use
- Create platform appropriate versions, subtitles and simple motion elements
- Work with Content Strategy to align each production with a clear communication objective
- Maintain organised footage, project files and reusable asset libraries
- Adapt developer supplied material into consistent BCC formats where rights allow
- Continuously improve recurring formats based on performance and audience response

- A strong portfolio showing real video production and editing ability
- Experience planning, shooting and editing content independently
- Good understanding of framing, lighting, sound and pacing
- Strong editing skills in a professional video workflow
- Ability to create both polished brand content and fast social formats
- Comfort working on location and adapting when conditions change
- Good English and the ability to work with an international team
- Interest in real estate, architecture, travel or business storytelling is helpful
- Strong file organisation and production discipline

Video work is planned around real BCC content needs rather than random posting volume. You receive a project, campaign or communication objective, develop the production approach and coordinate with Content Strategy and relevant project contacts. Some work happens on site in Georgia and some in post production. Published material must remain factually aligned with approved project information, so creative quality and operational accuracy have to work together.
